
Policies
Payment: Credit cards accepted. A deposit for the full amount of the stay plus tax is due at the time of booking.
Taxes: A Lodging Tax of 5.57% of the room charges and Sales Tax of 6.75% of the total including taxable add-ons applies to all stays.
Cancellations: A full refund will be given on reservations canceled 15 or more days ahead of the reservation check-in date, 50% will be refunded for cancellations less than 15 days before the check-in date.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Pets: We cannot accommodate pets.
Children: No children under 16 (except infants).
Smoking: No smoking on the premises. A smoking penalty fee of $250 will be assessed for smoking in the rooms, common areas, or grounds.
Alcohol: For the comfort of all guests, no alcohol in common areas. No red wine permitted on the premises.
Damages: Please respect the historical nature of the property and its contents. Guests responsible for damaging property will be charged a damage fee equal to the damage repair or the replacement value of the damaged item(s).
COVID 19: We are following all COVID-19 cleaning protocols. All common areas are closed off or designed to accommodate social distancing. We ask that all guests maintain social distancing.
